Warranty Information


Lenses

We offer a 1-year warranty on prescription lenses that covers any defects in materials or workmanship on anti-reflective and anti-scratch coatings. Warranty takes effect from your date of delivery.

The warranty covers a one-time no charge replacement on prescription lenses and does not include the cost of return shipping.


Frames

We offer a 1-year warranty on any manufacturer defect, which includes breakage at solder points due to a manufacturer defect, corrosion, pitting, or discolouration of the frame. Warranty takes effect from your date of delivery.

We will replace the frame with the same product or with a frame of an equal or lesser value if the original model is no longer available.


Processing Warranties

To process a warranty, customers can go to any FYidoctors clinic or contact our Customer Service Team.

If your frame is covered under warranty, we will exchange your frame with a new replacement. If the original frame is no longer available, you can select a different frame of equal or lesser value. Lenses are remade at no charge to the patient.


Warranty Return at Clinic

If a patient returns a product for a warranty defect at a clinic with original receipt, staff will confirm the product is in fact defective. The new order will be processed by our Customer Service Team.


Warranty Return via Customer Service

If a patient returns a product for a warranty defect and sends it back to our warehouse with the enclosed return label and receipt our Customer Service Team will confirm the product is in fact defective and a new order will be processed.
